【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifieselectricalandflammabilitysafetyrequirementsforconveyorbeltsintendedforuseinundergroundinstallations,inthepresenceofflammableornon-flammableatmospheres.ConveyorbeltscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardandintendedforuseinflammableatmospheresareintendedforuseonconveyorbeltinstallations(machineryinmines).Thebeltisacomponent,whichwillbeincorporatedintotheconveyor,whichisanequipmentofGroupI,CategoryM2,asdefinedin3.2.2ofEN13463-1:2001.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletolightconveyorbeltsasdescribedinEN873norisitapplicabletoconveyorbeltswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththosesignificanthazardsdetailedinA.1.AttentionisdrawntoAnnexesZAandZB.
