【摘要】:ThispartofISO6145specifiesamethodforthecontinuousproductionofcalibrationgasmixtures,containingtwoormorecomponents,frompuregasesorothergasmixturesbyuseofcommerciallyavailablemulti-piston,volumetricpumps.Pumpsofthistypemaybeemployedtopreparegasmixturesinwhichthevolumefractionsofthegaseouscomponentsinthecomplementarygasrangefrom0,1%upwards;therelativeexpandeduncertaintyofmeasure-ment,U,obtainedbymultiplyingtherelativecombinedstandarduncertaintybyacoveragefactork=2isnotgreaterthan0,5%.Lowerconcentrationsmaybeobtainedbycascadingvolumetricpumps,andthelowestvolumefractionachievablebymeansofatwo-pumpcascadeis10.Moreover,ifpre-mixedgasesareusedinsteadofpuregases,muchlowerconcentrationscanbeobtained.Themeritsofthismethodarethatalargequantityofthegasmixturecanbepreparedonacontinuousbasis,andthatmulticomponentmixturescanalsobereadilyprepared.
