适用范围
本标准规定了室温下不同标距断后伸长率之间的换算方法。它包括伸长率的换算公式和换算因子表以及进行这类换算的曲线图。本标准适用于抗拉强度在300~700MPa范围内的热轧、热轧和正火或退火状态、回火或无回火的碳素钢和低合金钢。本标准不适用于冷轧(拔)状态钢、淬火回火钢和奥氏体钢。
