【摘要】:Thisguidedirectstheusertotestmethodsthatdeterminepropertiesgenerallyacceptedasstandardtestitemsforclassificationofepoxyresins.1.1ThisguidecoversmethodsfortestingepoxyresinsaslistedinTable1.AllofthemethodsweretestedbyinterlaboratoryparticipationinaccordancewithusualASTMguidelines.Eachmethodspecifiesarecommendedamountofsampleforstartingaseparateanalysis,butseveraloftheprocedurescanbeconductedonthesamestartingmaterialifsodesired.Forexample,viscosity,color,anddensitycouldberunonthesamespecimen.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
